When do you accept donation drop off?

We accept drop-off donations such as litter, toys, gear, food, etc on Thursdays at the​ Elite Eagle Taekwondo off Mueschke and Schiel or any day during business hours at ​our partner lounge Cat Haven Lounge in the Katy Asian Town Marketplace.

I need to surrender a pet, what do I do?

Please fill out our surrender form for each pet and a Cat Haven Rescue member will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of when the form was submitted.

Where are you located?

We do not have a public shelter or facility. Our office is mobile. All cats are placed in ​foster homes or at our partner lounge Cat Haven Lounge in the Katy Asian Town ​Marketplace.

Although we do not currently have a volunteer program, we are working towards ​opening registration soon.

Cat Haven Rescue respects your privacy and support. On occasion, we may exchange ​or rent your name and address with other nonprofits in order to keep fundraising ​costs lower. We do not share your email address or telephone number. If you prefer ​we do not exchange or rent your name and address, please send us an email at​ rescue.cathaven@gmail.com.

I want to get a cat as a holiday/birthday gift. Can you help me?

CHR does not adopt cats out as gifts. All potential adopters will be screened prior to adopting a cat. We believe all members of the household must agree in adding a pet into the household.
